Through an individualized planning process assessing strengths, abilities and interests, a set of highly personalized support services are developed into a comprehensive employment plan. This plan encompasses such factors as knowledge and skill-sets training, on-the-job accommodations, safety requirements and transportation. All support and services are designed to help the individual maintain competitive employment. This will maximize potential, increase overall independence and foster positive self-esteem.
